This is the programme that is appropriate for most athletes. It will develop your training regime to become more systematic, specific and progressive, and help you achieve your goals. Your athletic performance will improve through adopting and maintaining a good routine of high quality training .
Our athletes receive a combination of personal training, fitness programming, sports conditioning and event preparation throughout the season. The training and coaching will prepare you effectively for your chosen physical event. You will receive specific training and advice so you utilise precious training time in the most effective way.
